- Only the employee sees their own results. The employer never sees any individual’s scan.
- Group threshold. Your organisation only sees aggregated data – never an individual result or name. Groups of fewer than 5 people are not shown.
- Personal data stays on the phone. The camera image, the employee’s name and their individual results never reach a server. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

It’s health data – how does it comply with GDPR?
Scan results count as special category data. Processing is based on each employee’s separate, explicit consent, which they give before their first scan and can withdraw at any time. Your organisation only sees aggregated data – never an individual result or name.
Is Wellenced a medical device?
No. It does not diagnose and does not replace a medical examination. Values are indicative lifestyle estimates, and employees see them alongside their own previous results.
What if only a few people use it?
Participation is the first thing HR sees. At the start of the pilot we agree on a target together, and we provide ready-made materials to announce the launch. Taking part is voluntary: there are no consequences for anyone who chooses not to.
How much work is it for HR?
An email list, your department names and one internal announcement. We set up the account; employees receive an invitation by email.
Do we need company phones or MDM?
No. Employees join from their own phones – any smartphone with a camera will do.
What happens after the pilot?
You decide whether to continue, based on the criteria we agreed together. If you don’t continue, we hand over the aggregated data and close the accounts.
A pilot will answer the rest – free for a month, for up to 300 people.
